News from the road (part 3)

For the last two days I have been working with our client who is getting ready for an audit by his insurance carrier. We are assigning access to different auditors within in the carrier who will need to look into his documents for compliance.

After working with our clients team to make sure we had the proper security rights assigned for each auditor, we invited the auditors into The COR for a look.

This is an excerpt from an email sent to our client from one of his auditors:

“Ken, as you know I have participated in 6 of the last 10 audits performed on your company on behalf of your carrier. I wanted to send you this email to let you know that in my 20 years of experience, I have never been more impressed the level of documentation and organization a company has presented. Thank you for your professionalism.”
